MINA BARSOUM

Mina Barsoum serves as Chief Strategy Officer at STG Mortgage, where he leads the company’s vision to become a top-tier, technology-driven lender. Since 2021, Mina has spearheaded strategic initiatives, leveraging data to analyze market trends and client needs while driving innovation in automation and database management to enhance operational efficiency and client control. 

Before joining STG Mortgage, Mina was General Manager of Quality Control and Service at STG Auto Group, growing the business from a single service center to a multi-location operation with advanced technology and top-tier customer satisfaction. Previously, he served as Plant Manager at Beshay Steel in Egypt, where he optimized production, improved quality, and drove employee engagement.

Mina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University. His extensive experience in strategy, operations, and client-focused innovation is instrumental in advancing STG Mortgage’s leadership in the mortgage industry.
