Ryan Bacily brings over 23 years of experience in the auto finance sector to his role as Owner/Chairman of STG Mortgage.

Before joining STG Mortgage, Ryan founded STG Auto Group, the second largest non-franchise car dealership in the United States.  Specializing in leading, implementing and enhancing the company’s preservation, education, and community development initiatives, Ryan has been instrumental in fostering an environment of excellence and high-quality standards across the organization.  His leadership emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to making a positive impact, both within the company and in the communities it serves.
